Završen Vrtić „Milomir"
TeamEnergo has successfully completed another significant project! On December 6, 2018, the Milomir Kindergarten was officially inaugurated and handed over for use in Kraljevo, coinciding with the 94th birthday of its donor, Milomir Glavčić, a renowned philanthropist and benefactor based in Canada. TeamEnergo constructed the modern 809 m² facility to serve children from Beranovac and surrounding communities, an area home to approximately 600 preschool-aged children. Through the successful completion of this project, TeamEnergo has made a valuable contribution to improving local infrastructure and creating better conditions for early childhood development and education.

Milomir Glavčić, a distinguished philanthropist based in Canada and an honorary citizen of Kraljevo, donated €200,000 towards the construction of a new kindergarten. With additional funding provided by the City of Kraljevo and the Office of the Minister without Portfolio responsible for Demography and Population Policy, the project resulted in the completion of the modern Milomir Kindergarten.
The newly constructed facility was officially inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the Mayor of Kraljevo, Dr. Predrag Terzić, and the Head of the Raška Administrative District, Nebojša Simović, together with children from the preparatory preschool group of Kraljevo's Preschool Institution.
Miroljub Dugalić, a friend and representative of Milomir Glavčić in Serbia, expressed gratitude on behalf of the donor to the Mayor, the Head of the Raška Administrative District, the relevant city authorities, the construction contractor, the project designer, the Preschool Institution, and all partners who contributed to the financing and construction of the modern, spacious, and bright 809 m² facility.
The opening of the kindergarten has significantly improved access to early childhood education for families living in Beranovac, Jovac, Metikoš, Dragosinjci, and Kovanluk. Parents in these communities can now enroll their children in a kindergarten close to home, rather than traveling daily to more distant parts of Kraljevo.
Mayor Dr. Predrag Terzić emphasized the importance of the project for the local community and expressed his sincere appreciation to Mr. Glavčić for his generous donation. He also thanked Slavica Đukić Dejanović, the Minister without Portfolio responsible for Demography and Population Policy, for securing the funds needed to equip the kindergarten.
The City of Kraljevo allocated an additional 25 million Serbian dinars from its 2018 budget to ensure the successful completion of the facility.
The Mayor reaffirmed the city's commitment to managing donated funds responsibly and using them in accordance with the donor's intentions. He also expressed his hope that many future generations of children would grow up and celebrate their birthdays at the kindergarten named in honor of its benefactor.
