Team
TeamEnergo employs more than 130 people in Serbia, as well as over 15 employees in Croatia through TeleGroup Vukovar, a company in which TeamEnergo holds a majority ownership stake.
Our team brings together professionals from a wide range of disciplines, including engineers specializing in telecommunications, energy, transportation, and construction, as well as experienced economists, legal professionals, technicians, electrical and telecommunications installers, call center operators, construction machinery operators, truck drivers, and many other skilled professionals.
We are particularly proud that, despite operating in the construction industry, our team also includes more than 30 female colleagues.

Rukovodstvo
Aleksandar Radivojević
Company director and co-founder and co-owner
He began his professional career in 2001 as an Air Force officer in the Serbian Armed Forces. In addition to graduating from the Military Aviation Academy, he also completed his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. In 2003, he joined JP Beograd-put before continuing his career at TeleGroup, where he held a series of senior positions, progressing from Site Supervisor and Head of the Construction Department to Director of the Engineering Division, Deputy Director, and ultimately General Manager. Since the establishment of TeamEnergo, he has served as the company's Director. He is married and has two daughters.
Goran Veselinović
Technical director and co-founder and co-owner of the company
An engineer with more than 30 years of professional experience in the planning and construction of telecommunications and power infrastructure networks. He began his professional career at Telefonija a.d., where he gained his initial technical knowledge and experience, before continuing his career at TeleGroup. Since the establishment of TeamEnergo d.o.o., he has held the position of Technical Director. He is married and has three daughters.
Ljubo Đurić
Head of Construction Operations and co-founder and co-owner of the company
He has gained extensive professional experience in the construction industry over more than 30 years of working in Republika Srpska, Serbia, and Croatia, contributing to hundreds of projects involving the construction of telecommunications and power infrastructure networks. In 2003, he became Head of the Construction Department at TeleGroup d.o.o., and since 2014, he has held the position of Director of the Construction Division at TeamEnergo. He is married and has two children, a son and a daughter.

Aleksandar Lazić
He joined TeamEnergo in 2018. He gained his professional experience as a Lead Design Engineer with international companies in China and the Republic of Palau, as well as with several leading companies in Serbia. He holds professional licenses issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers in the fields of energy and telecommunications.
Miroslav Ilić
Head of the Design Office, Telecommunications Division
He joined TeamEnergo in 2019. He has been building his professional experience in the telecommunications sector since 2000, working on the design and construction of telecommunications facilities, as well as in management positions. Prior to joining TeamEnergo, he served as Head of the Bijeljina organizational unit at m:tel Republika Srpska. He holds professional licenses issued by the engineering chambers of both the Republic of Serbia and Republika Srpska. He is married and has two daughters.
Nikola Mirić
Commercial Director
Since 2018, Nikola has held the position of Commercial Director, overseeing all procurement activities and bid management operations. He gained his professional experience at TeleGroup and Optis, where he held various positions throughout his career, including Bid Manager, Senior Bid Manager, and Head of Procurement. He is married and has two sons.
Jelena Šimić
Chief Financial Officer
She gained extensive professional experience throughout her long-standing career at the Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS). She joined TeamEnergo four years ago with the responsibility of establishing the company's in-house accounting department and implementing the Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) business management system. Following the successful completion of these initiatives, she assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Miloš Nešić
Director of the Energy Sector
Miloš holds the position of Director of the Energy Division, overseeing the design office for power networks and systems, as well as construction operations involving engineers and electrical installation technicians. He gained extensive professional experience at Magma d.o.o. and TeleGroup d.o.o. Since 2015, he has served as Director of the Energy Division at TeamEnergo. He is married and has two children, a son and a daughter.
Milan Obradović
Director of the Telecom and Traffic Sector
Since 2018, Milan has held the position of Director of the Telecommunications and Traffic Division, overseeing a telecommunications network and systems design office, as well as construction operations, with a team of more than 40 employees. He previously gained extensive professional experience as a graduate traffic engineer specializing in telecommunications at Telelink and TeleGroup. Throughout his career, he has held several senior positions, including Senior Sales Engineer, Senior Product Manager, and Managing Director of TeleGroup in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is married and has two daughters.
